Description
The City of Dearborn is preparing to host its 96th Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 30, following a two-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The parade is one of the largest of its kind in the United States and the oldest continuously run Memorial Day parade in Michigan.
The annual event is organized by a parade committee consisting of members of the Dearborn Allied War Veterans Council, the Office of the Mayor, and the Dearborn Police Department, among other members. The last parade took place in May 2019.
The parade will begin at Michigan Ave. and Maple Street. More details about the Memorial Day Parade are available at www.cityofdearborn.org
